Problem:
The client did not have an automated process for working with new subscribers. Data from the form was collected, but:
… - there was no subscription confirmation (opt-in)
- the email sequence did not start automatically
- subscriber data was not stored in a centralized system
- some leads were lost or processed manually
Solution:
I built an automated system that fully covers the process from the moment of subscription to data storage in CRM.
System:
- sends an opt-in confirmation email after the form is filled out
- after confirmation, launches a series of email messages
- transmits subscriber data (first name, last name, email) via webhook
- automatically saves all contacts in Notion
