Tasks:
- Provide consultation on selecting optimal materials (fiberglass, glass mat, resin, infusion mesh).
- Help determine the optimal number of layers and their arrangement to ensure the necessary strength and lightness of the product.
- Consult on preparing the mold, laying fiberglass, using infusion mesh, and vacuum bag.
- Provide recommendations on working with the vacuum system and controlling the resin infusion process.
- Consult on the finishing of the finished product.
Requirements:
- Experience working with composite materials (fiberglass) of at least 3 years.
- Practical experience using vacuum infusion technology.
- Knowledge of technological processes in the production of composite products.
- Experience in selecting materials for manufacturing lightweight and strong structures.
Advantages:
- Experience in manufacturing shells or fairings for drones, vessels, or other vehicles.
- Knowledge of the specifics of manufacturing waterproof or airtight structures.
