IP telephony troubleshooting
Background
There was a GoIp 4 gateway, the equipment was working properly, but about 3-4 weeks ago there was some kind of malfunction on the side of this Chinese equipment.
We bought an OPENVOX VS-GW1202-8G GSM gateway for 8 SIM cards, installed and configured it, everything seemed to be working well, but today we have already encountered a second similar case (bug).
If you call the telephony, the call goes through, but there is no voice audio greeting.
Zoiper's checkbox is lit green but nothing works, Zoiper neither makes calls nor sees incoming calls.
The web interface is not working, so we cannot see SMS.
After a while, possibly due to a reboot, the operation resumes, the SIM cards start working one by one.
At the moment, incoming and outgoing calls are going through, Zoiper is working, only the telephony web interface is not working.
