3) Administrator
User can:
Ask questions, get answers, receive clarifying questions from the user
Administrator:
1) Receives answers that need to be corrected / supplemented
2) Can add new questions and answers to the Bot's database
Bot operation scenario:
1) Asks what type of user is in front of it (Documentation 1, Documentation 2)
2) Can analyze previously uploaded API documentation XML, DOCX, PDF (both API code and questions-answers uploaded as excel)
3) When asking a question - receives an answer, according to the database + possible context within GPT, if the answer is not understood, the bot clarifies it.
4) If the bot is unsure of the answer, it informs about it and sends the text to user 3 (administrator) for approval
