It can also have 2 additional variations:
1. Completely buttonless, everything happens through communication, the system is fully synchronized with 1C and sees all stages, and at any moment it can be queried about availability and delivery stages, etc.
2. This is a product that will soon be released on the market, for which I have already received orders during development and am currently fulfilling client orders, so I will explain how it works.
The idea is that there is an AI-powered bot that both consults and recommends products, shows them, describes them, and takes orders. But this bot also has a web interface inside Telegram, where the user can browse and select everything they need, just like on a real website. … The idea is that a person comes to the bot, requests a product, the bot shows products with links, the person wants to see the site, clicks the link, and the site opens inside Telegram. Each product has 2 buttons (ask about the product and add to cart).
If the person clicks "ask about the product," they are asked to return to the chat where the bot is waiting for a question specifically about that product.
If the person clicks "buy," the products are added to the cart.
When transitioning to the cart, the person clicks "order," and they are asked to return to the chat for checkout.
In the chat, the bot already writes: "You are ordering a product, the price is such, the amount to pay is this, self-pickup is available, or delivery via NP, UkrPoshta. How do you prefer?"
The client replies: "NP"
The bot responds: "Great, please provide your full name, phone number, city, and branch number."
Once all data is received, the order is sent to 1C, and the bot confirms that the order was successful, and I will inform you when it is shipped.
When the status in 1C changes to "shipped," the system sends a message to the client: "Good day! You ordered a product, it has been shipped, tracking number is such."
When the product arrives, the system writes: "Congratulations, your product is ready for pickup."

Another scenario: the client asked, viewed, but did not order. The system automatically sends a follow-up: "Good day, you were viewing a product but did not place an order. Perhaps you have additional questions or doubts." The client responds, and the system presents the product again, encouraging the purchase.

Another feature: Chat system interface. There may be situations where the client asks something the bot doesn't know. At that moment, the bot will notify the manager, who can then access a separate web interface with all dialogues with clients and respond directly to that client.
