Three Automatic creation of a cold wallet for the user
The client goes to the telegram bots. The boat writes a welcome message to him, suggesting to pass a short registration to create an application for exchange. Bott asks two questions, Name and Number. The customer confirms the data. The bot records him an account and with this client a cold wallet is created.
Further simple functions by menu, Operator, Reference, Profile.Change
The customer makes an application for exchange.
A number is assigned to the application.
The application is processed manually by the operator.
Once the funds are charged on the wallet, the balance of the client’s account must be changed.

Клиент переходит в телеграм бот. Бот ему пишет приветственное сообщение, предлагает пройти короткую регистрацию для создания заявки на обмен. Бот задает два вопроса, Имя и Номер. Клиент подтверждает данные. Бот регистрирует ему аккаунт и вместе с этим клиенту создается холодный кошелек.
дальше простой функционал по меню, Оператор, Справка, Профиль.Обмен
Клиент создает заявку на обмен,
заявке присваивается номер.
заявка обрабатывается в ручном режиме оператором.
Как только финансы будут зачислены на кошелек, баланс аккаунта клиента должен изменится
