лично я со своей скрытой ставкой буду подключаться через telethon либу питона, через апи ключи, получать смс на личный аккаунт и авторизовывать его. Потом сообщения буду пересылать куда нужно будет человеку.
А люди которые пишут про aiogram в данном кейсе и не дай бог про какие-то конструкторы - это конечно смешно, согласен) -
