Нам нужен инcтрумент для автоматической рассылки по действующим чатам в telegram. Что бы не делать это вручную.
как правило с одного номера нужно отправить до 300 сообщений.
и при этом не попасть в бан. но так как это действующие диалоги этого быть не должно.
вопрос в ускорении процесса, что бы не делать это в ручную.
вижу у вас есть подобный опыт. возможно есть какие то программные решения.
