Тестирование интернет-магазина
Некоторые клиенты жалуются, что не получается оформить заказ после оформления формы чекаута, так как выдает ошибку. Бывает, что заказы дублируются, хотя клиент говорит, что заказывал 1 раз. При моих заказах такого не происходит. Возможно это в определенном браузере или в моменты повышенной нагрузки на сайт. Нужно выявить такие ошибки и от чего они зависят.
