С тестировщиком Вы опоздали на 20% пути. Ему теперь придется экстренно догонять упущенное. Ведь пока разработчики проектировали решение и начинали что-то писать, тестировщик должен был уже готовить планы тестирования и писать автоматические тесты.

Сергей, возможно, я некорректно выразился. Сейчас реализован определенный функционал. К этому функционалу нет претензий. Его отладили и он работает на боевой базе.
Но в работу взяты новые задачи, которые нужно будет тестировать в будущем. Под новые задачи и ищу специалиста.
