It is thanks to your visualizations that the client "sees" the level of their future space and makes the final decision regarding signing the contract. Living in Spain is not necessary. Traveling to the sites is not required. Our team does all the fieldwork: measurements at the site, gathering client wishes, and determining the approximate budget. You receive a ready-made technical specification and submit the 3D design. Payment — upon project completion, depending on the type and complexity. Mandatory requirements Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in photorealistic 3D visualization of residential renovation interiors — portfolio is mandatory (minimum of 5 real projects, not just decorative renders) Advanced proficiency in at least one pipeline: 3ds Max + Corona Renderer / V-Ray SketchUp + V-Ray / Enscape Revit + Enscape / Twinmotion Archicad + Twinmotion / Lumion Proven ability to model from real catalogs of furniture, plumbing, and appliances (not just generic models from the internet) Deep knowledge of materials: microcement, large-format porcelain, quartz, granite, Dekton/Laminam/Ascale, wood, lacquered surfaces Modeling handleless facades (gola systems, push-open, profile-handle), facades with integrated hidden LED Realistic lighting: hidden LED under furniture, recessed spotlights, Mediterranean natural light, daytime and nighttime scenes Submission of clean and structured source files (layers, clear nomenclature, editable models)

A case for the printed circuit board needs to be made, optimized for 3D printing (I mean to consider shrinkage, I will be printing with PETG plastic). The case should consist of 2 parts and be screwed together with M3 screws (with a place for a nut on the other side). Photos of the actual board and the step file are attached in the announcement. The only difference between the model and the board is the LEDs; they have a diameter of 5mm and are soldered in such a way that the center of the LED lens is aligned with the center of the button. USB_CAN_SD_F103.step.png - this is the step file, the .png needs to be removed from the name (otherwise it cannot be added to the announcement). I expect an assembly from the attached step file and the case with 2 parts - so that the functionality can be checked without printing.

Welcome! The company Adaptis needs to update graphic materials for A+ content on our website and on Amazon. We already have a fully prepared design for A+ content (cards, banners, infographics), but they depict a different shape of our product. We have changed the product design and now have its new 3D model. The main task is to create realistic renders of the new product shape and carefully "fit" them into the existing banners instead of the old shape. And immediately your cases

First render — a close-up of the entrance group to the building and the adjacent landscaping. Add people to make the scene more lively and attractive through quality lighting, greenery, flowers, and detailed textures. Second render — a general view of the courtyard with landscaping elements. Show adults and children relaxing in the area. Use bright sunlight to create a positive and optimistic atmosphere. Add beautiful decorative plants. If there are playgrounds or sports areas in the visualizations, use the same models as in the previous visualizations. General wishes: Create bright, rich, and expressive images. Maximize the perception of the renders through quality lighting. Add more decorative details, greenery, and landscaping elements.
