Website testing

We need to conduct testing of the website, which is still under development, with new pages being released weekly. Testing will need to be done in stages; for example, currently, there is a need to test the homepage and the services page. Other pages will be available next week, and there will be approximately 4 stages plus tablet adaptation plus mobile adaptation.
Please send your hourly rate plus examples of reports.
I am primarily looking for quality.
Once I select a few people, I will provide a layout for evaluation.
