Good day!

I have reviewed the technical specifications and the document. The problem is clear: the module was written with an architectural mistake (storing messages in cache instead of the database), plus incorrect handling of incoming webhooks for status changes.

I specialize in fixing complex bugs and refining logic on OpenCart + API integrations.

My vision for solutions (key points):

Cache problem (most important): You are absolutely right. Messages should not be stored in temporary cache files. I will create new tables in the database (for example, oc_social_messages) and rewrite the logic for recording webhooks there. This will solve the problem of disappearing correspondence when clearing the OpenCart cache and allow for correct status changes (Delete/Soft Delete).

Good day! Theoretically, it can be done in 5-8 days... Write to me in private, we will discuss the details, access, etc...

Budget: 2900 UAH Deadline: 1 day

To correctly assess the scope of work, deadlines, and understand if it is safe to take on the project, I ask you to clarify a few technical points:
What exact version of OpenCart is being used (2.x / 3.x / ocStore + version number)?
What version of PHP is currently running on the server?
Is the Facebook module custom or purchased (if purchased - is there a link or author)?
Have any modifications been made to the OpenCart core (yes/no)?
Is there access to the Facebook App / Business Manager with admin rights?
What version of the Facebook Graph API is used in the module (if known)?
Are webhooks currently coming in correctly? Are there logs or confirmation of event receipt?
What tokens are being used - short-lived or long-lived Page Access Token?
Is there a test copy of the site (staging) for making changes without risk to production?
