Translation of documents from Ukrainian to Polish

We are looking for an experienced translator with advanced knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish at the C2 level. The task will be to translate a series of documents on business, legal, and technical topics, according to the guidelines presented below.

1. Scope of work:

   • Translation of documents with a total volume of approximately 10,000 words.
   • The documents contain legal fragments (regulations), business (reports, specifications), and general formal texts.

2. Language requirements:

   • Advanced knowledge of the Ukrainian language (C2).
   • Advanced knowledge of the Polish language (C2).
   • Knowledge of terminology in the fields of law, business, and technology.

3. Technical requirements:

   • Maintaining the original structure of the document (e.g., numbering of points, formatting, sections).
   • Applying an appropriate translation style, tailored to the formal nature of the documents.
   • Checking and verifying the translated text for content and language compliance.

4. Expected outcomes:

   • Translated documents in .docx format.
   • Translation free of spelling, grammatical, and stylistic errors.
   • Full terminological compliance with the original.

5. Deadlines:

   • First version of the translation: within 7 working days from the start of work.
   • Possible corrections: within 2 working days from the submission of comments.

6. Other requirements:

   • A sample of a translated fragment of 300 words (for the purpose of assessing the quality of the translation before selecting the contractor).

Preferences:

• Experience in translations for websites or regulatory documents.
• Portfolio or references.
