Need a QA to check the platform's UI, basic functionality, and provide feedback on UX.
The check includes only the Desktop version.
After the check, it is necessary to describe the QA documentation for the project, namely:
Test Plan
Description of the testing object, strategy, scope, schedule.
Test Cases / Test Scenarios
Detailed scenarios with steps, expected results, and statuses (Pass/Fail).
Smoke Test Checklist
A brief checklist for quickly checking key functions after deployment.
Regression Test Suite
A set of cases for regression — basic functionality and business-critical flows.
Based on the testing results, the following is needed:
Bug Reports
Description of all found bugs with reproduction steps, priority, and status including functional and UI. Also, non-compliance of UI elements with the design system or unacceptable appearance.
Test Summary Report
Final report on the testing results (scope, test status, number of bugs, recommendations for release).
The essence of the service:
AI assistant for recording online meetings on platforms Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, generating transcripts and summaries based on the meeting results. After that, data is recorded/updated in CRM or PM systems (SalesForce, Jira).
Testing includes both UI checks and functional checks.
