- Участие в переговорах с заказчиками;
- Анализ существующих систем, сервисов и бизнес-процессов, разработка инструкций для оптимизации и автоматизации бизнес-процессов в проекте;
- Обсуждение и согласование входящих запросов от заказчика с разработчиками; разработка функциональных заданий;
- Участие в переговорах между заказчиками и разработчиками: уточнение постановки задач, приемка работ;
- Написание проектной документации (составление требований, функциональный дизайн, составление пользовательских инструкций);
- Слежение за качеством разработки системы, координация разработчиков, инженеров по качеству, дизайнеров.
Наши ожидания:
- Опыт работы от 1 года в ИТ-сфере (опыт ведения нескольких проектов одновременно - как преимущество);
- Технический бэкграунд;
- Умение грамотно составлять функциональные задания для разработчиков;
- Желательно: уверенное знание английского языка.
