В команду нужен человек со знанием Node.js (express, socket.io), mongoDB.
Мы разрабатываем сервер для общения с внешними GSM устройствами. На сегодня есть написанный на Node.js сервер, который частично работает, но есть много "НО". БД - mongoDB. Также сервер управляет asteriskом.

Есть знания и опыт работы в связке node.js + express.js + mongodb (mongoose). Также, есть теоретические знания в socket.io.
С Asterisk’ом — опыта нет.
«...который частично работает, но есть много "НО".» — практика показывает, что очень часто то, что частично работает или работает не совсем так как нужно — выгодней, по времени и трудозатратам, переписать с нуля.
Но, чтобы быть более точным нужно увидеть ТЗ, и код который сейчас есть.
