Т.е. 14000 точек это чуть больше половины. Если взять что с одной стороны половина, да с другой половина, то получим четверть от необходимого.
Вы уж определитесь сколько точек вам надо. Что бы не попасть.

Да, наверное Вы правы. Просто по образцу который мы видели было такое количество dpi и пикселей. Но там действительно изображение было меньше
