We are looking for a professional specialist who will design a corporate document and layout it in HTML + CSS according to the technical task (TT) below.

Project goal:
Create a professional and unified document template in the corporate style of Microsoft, with further layout in HTML + CSS for use in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
We will perform the integration into CRM on our side.
Stage 1 — Design
It is necessary to create a modern, minimalist corporate document design in the style of Microsoft UI / Fluent Design.
Design requirements:
The designer can work in any modern system: Figma, Adobe XD.
The layout must be provided for preview in PDF or PNG.
Format: A4, orientation — vertical.
Number of pages: 1–2 (depending on content).
Main font: Segoe UI (mandatory).
All icons must be from the Microsoft Fluent UI Icons library.
Visual style — restrained, readable, without unnecessary decorative elements. (example of block style in the attachment)
Stage 2 — HTML + CSS Layout
Based on the approved design, it is necessary to implement the HTML + CSS template.
Layout requirements:
Clean HTML + CSS, without JavaScript frameworks.
Exact compliance with the approved design.
The structure must display correctly when exported to PDF.
Data in the document must be placed in a structure that ensures stable rendering in CRM systems.
Fields for dynamic filling must be marked with placeholders.
It is mandatory to implement a responsive mobile version.
Set of documents to be created
The basic template will be used for six types of documents:
Order — Sea Freight
Order — Air Freight
Order — Road Freight
Quote — Sea Freight
Quote — Air Freight
Quote — Road Freight
Additional clarifications
Order documents must have two versions:
for the Client,
for the Vendor.
The structure is the same, but in the client version, some lines (fields) should not be displayed.
The names of the documents also differ accordingly.
Accordingly, the total number of documents increases from 6 to 9.
We confirm that the work plan includes the complete layout of all 9 documents in HTML + CSS based on the approved design.
A mandatory condition is the adaptation of documents for mobile devices.
It is necessary to prepare two options for language content:
English version,
English-Ukrainian bilingual version.
We will provide the executor
Texts for all sections and all documents.
Logo and necessary brand elements (if needed).
A list of lines that should be hidden in client versions.
