You will need to test the latest versions of the TT algorithm, but it is quite smart there, simply replacing the tones of pixels will not work. Ideally - change the metadata, completely change the tones of pixels in the frames, regenerate every 20-25 frames, slightly change the tempo, possibly mirror if it fits. Audio ideally - regenerate with a different voice - less ideally, pitch/change the mel spectrogram.
A good TT anonymizer, with everything described and which will not fail in a week - this is 700-900 hours of work, rate around 38.
If you need something quick and cheap - we can remove the generative part, then it will take about 200-250 hours.
In terms of time, the first - one and a half to two months, the second - 3-4 weeks.
