звучит как очень странная дичь, а что мешает запускать не из студии? что использует прога, что а так нужна студия и почему об этом не дали инфы?

Да я распишу инфу в личку, что и как работает покажу наглядно, визул студию зачем устанавливать на разных компах только для запуска этой же программы по этому и требуется установщик

Нужно сделать инсталляционный пакет - это ясно. На какой платформе - Windows? Ваш парсер работает как простое десктопное приложение или интегрируется во что-то? Исходники не нужны, а вот предоставить скомпилированные програму, ее вспомогательные файлы и описание работы с ней - придется. Если пришлёте всё это - можно оценить необходимую работу. Нет проблем сделать установщик, который выведет окно для ввода параметров и куда-то их пропишет для использования программой. Пришлёте?
