Имеется база данных в MS Access со связанными с mySQL таблицами
Из-за того, что они связаны с базой данных в интернете, открытие форм происходит очень медленно.
Задание: Надо чтобы форма открывалась быстрее при наличии связи с таблицами в интернете.
Примечание: Я думал, что проблема в слабом сервере и перепробовал более мощные тарифы, даже арендовал сервер с максимальными характеристиками. В общем проблема не в железе. Может вы знаете другие варианты решения данной проблемы

Если только за нахождение проблемы, то 3000 рублей пойдет. А вот решение может быть гораздо более сложным, вплоть до того что вообще по новой придется писать всю вашу программу, так как сейчас крайне редко открываются таблицы базы данных на сервере MySQL напрямую, через 1433 порт. Потому что провайдер интернета очень часто рубит трафик по всем портам, кроме 80 и 433. Поэтому все приложения работают сейчас с базой данных только через API через сервер приложений, а не напрямую с SQL сервером. Для того, чтобы ваша задача решалась, вам вначале нужно будет найти провайдера не слишком прижимистого, который гарантирует скорость доступа к VPS по всем портам одинаково. И что он не рубит по 80 и 433 порту посторонний трафик не касающийся http и https. То есть задачу вашу в лоб решить можно если долго и упорно искать интернет провайдера, не боящегося скрытых торрентов.
