От того, что Вордпресс ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ выбор для интернет магазина. Не для того он задуман изначально. И никакие плагины не помогут.

Очередной глупый ответ, которых уже два. Вы просто уходите от вопроса.
Отличие движка им от wordpress только в том, что там функционала для торговли больше и объём общего кода движка меньше. Но это не значит, что ваш сайт из-под коробки будет летать и радовать lighthouse высоким показателем.
Вот показатели одного из сайтов на движке под им shop-script, который я делал.
Показатели по скорости по определению всегда низкие, не важно какой движок использовать.

Тогда уж очередной глупый комментарий. Поставьте из коробки ту-же SimplaCMS и ВП с вушкой на какой-нить ср... дешевый хостинг. Уверен, что одна из ошибок у Гоши для ВП будет "уменьшите время ответа сервера". А все почему? Очень просто - тяжело крутить саморезы ножом.

по gtmetrix нужно смотреть скорость загрузки, а не по page speed insights

Относительно согласен. Только Гоша в мобильном поиске не на gtmetrix смотрит, к сожалению.
