При чем тут, какая это сеть? Да хоть суперлокальная!
Ведь требуется организация Wi-Fi канала между двумя зданиями. А не помещениями внутри одного здания.
Эксплуатация РЭС широкополосной связи в диапазоне 2,4 и 5 гГц без получения разрешения УДЦР разрешается исключительно только в случае их эксплуатации внутри помещений. -
