Есть просто хтмл-шаблоны, которые с движками несовместимы, их нужно переделывать чтобы интегрировать в тот же вордпрес. Это деньги и время, даже большие. А есть сразу готовые шаблоны специально для вордпреса, от там да, 500 или тысяча грн и всё будет готово для вашей работы с шаблоном на вордпресе.

Искать шаблоны на специальных площадках для вордпреса, искать чтобы там точно было написано что он для вордпреса. В вашем же случае вы выбрали обычный шаблон. На вашем же сайте написано что его нужно конвертировать на вордпрес, и просят они за это 200 баксов.

Вы не верно формулируете вопрос. Нет понятия,подходит или нет. То что у вас в HTML,также можно адаптировать под свой шаблон. Если вы, хотите просто купить шаблон, уже готовый для использования на CMS Wordpress,зайдите сразу в раздел https://www.templatemonster.com/ua/wordpress-templates/ либо же сюда https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress и выберите, что то готовое.
