    Your server must be configured properly as a mail server to avoid being blocked or blacklisted. This includes things like SSL, SPF records, Domain Keys, DMARC records, etc 

    Пишут что нужен почтовый сервер и VDS с чистым IP, у вас есть все необходимое?

    Еще SMTP сервер должен быть поднятым, просто виделенного сервера и чистого IP не достаточно
