Из опыта скажу - вам проще и дешевле купить самый дешевенький лазерный черно белый принтер. Не заморачивайтесь со старым, постоянно будут какие то мелочи вылезать все равно. Увы.
В описании модель принтера бы добавить для понимания.

примерно атк и думал у меня lbp 1120. сначала виртуалку использовал потом линукс дебиан 7 натянул и принт сервер сделал. но с хрюшей тоже норм вариант если не печатаете часто. кстати могу вам скинуть легкие образы. там что то около 170 мб. в свое время скачивал.
