First of all, I would start with the basic security setup of the server (updates, firewall, fail2ban, ssh access).
Then each project will be deployed in a separate environment based on Docker Compose, which will ensure complete independence of the services (n8n and Supabase for each project).
For routing and SSL, I suggest using Nginx reverse proxy or Traefik — both options allow for convenient management of domains and automatic certificate updates.

At the end of the work, I will prepare a brief instruction for you on how to update and restart the containers. If desired, we can add database backups and monitoring.
