My plan:
1. Customer journey simulation: We will run various customer behavior scenarios on the website.
2. We will do the same with the websites of three major competitors in the niche.
3. The behavioral algorithm will compare the websites and highlight the best aspects of the competitors and suggest several improvement options for your website based on this data.
Implementation: I will completely rebuild the logic, structure, and navigation through the Horoshop admin panel to remove all barriers to revenue.
