We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer with a deep understanding of e-commerce (preferably fashion/luxury) who will conduct a practical audit of the DripHeat.com website and prepare a detailed list of corrections to increase conversion.
Our goal is to make the website as clear, convenient, aesthetically premium, and conversion-oriented as possible. We do not need analytics from Google Analytics or theoretical considerations. We need a specialist who will visit the site as a real buyer and honestly answer: what is annoying, what is confusing, what looks unprofessional, where there is distrust, where it is difficult to make a purchase decision.
What needs to be done:
Fully navigate the mobile and desktop versions of the site, including:
– The main page
– Categories
– Product page (PDP)
– Cart and checkout
– Navigation, menu, filters, search
– Footer
Identify all problem areas, including:
– Inconvenient or confusing navigation
– Weak or unclear CTAs
– Poor visual hierarchy
– Overloaded or empty blocks
– Poorly placed information
– Insufficient trust signals (delivery, returns, authenticity)
– Elements that look cheap or templated
– Places where users may "get stuck" or doubt
– What needs to be rearranged, removed, shortened, or enhanced
We want to receive a clear, structured document (Google Doc / Notion) with screenshots and specific comments. For each correction, there should be:
- What exactly is wrong
- Why this is a problem from the user's or conversion perspective
- How exactly it needs to be fixed
It is essential to prioritize all corrections:
– Critical — directly affects the decision to buy
– Medium — improves convenience and trust
– Minor — cosmetic or secondary issues
It would be a great plus if you add references — examples of how similar solutions are implemented on strong fashion e-commerce sites.
Who we are looking for:
– A specialist with real experience in e-commerce
– Preferably with projects in fashion or luxury
– A person who thinks in terms of conversion, not just "beautiful/ugly"
– Someone who understands how multi-brand stores operate
To be considered for the position, please send:
– Links to real e-commerce sites you have worked on
– At least 2 projects
– A brief description of your role in each project
– If available — results or improvements achieved
Applications without a portfolio of e-commerce work will not be considered.
