ну как минимум отображение товаров в виде "списка" с всплывающей формой заказа по количеству.

Если говорим о одном и том же, то вид список не удобен, нужно делать лишний клик, чтобы увеличить фото, нужно скролить вправо, чтобы дбавить в корзину, думаю в моб.версии вид плиткой будет продуктивнее.

Если в двух словах, то мобильную версию сайта нужно почти полностью переделывать. ЧТо подразумевается под консультацией? составление замечаний/советов и общего ТЗ по мобильной версии?

Консультация - это мини ТЗшки по каким-то элементам, делать два фото в ряд или одно, категории делать списком или картинками. Какие блоки скрыть в моб.версии, какие оставить, какие переделать и пр.
