Project Description
I am looking for a specialist who can help build a strong system prompt for an AI salesperson. The task is to create a prompt based on my real chats and warming-up methodology, in which the model will conduct dialogues just like an experienced salesperson.
What needs to be done
Analyze my existing chats and identify key communication patterns.
Structure the warming-up ladder (S0–S3) in the system prompt.
Add examples (few-shot) for each stage of the sale.
Write rules and taboos: what should not be said, how not to sell too early.
Embed icebreaker phrases (if the client is silent) and stop phrases (if the client is not suitable).
Set up the format for handoff signal to the salesperson (card with lead information).
Requirements
Experience working with LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA).
Skills in prompt engineering: building system prompts with examples.
Understanding of RAG/fine-tuning (a plus, but not mandatory).
Ability to break down dialogues by stages, highlighting the right tone and style.
Work Format
Remote, project work (1–2 weeks).
The output should be a ready system prompt + structured file with chat examples (CSV/JSON/Markdown).
Budget: ~$300 (possible increase depending on experience and quality).
