Functionality for clients (schools, kindergartens, children's food establishments)
Simple food ordering Parents or staff can place orders for breakfast, lunch, and snack through the web interface. Orders are saved automatically, without paper lists. Display of the menu for the current and next week. Orders can only be made until a certain time (for example, by the evening of the previous day for breakfast).
Full menu control The administrator adds or edits the menu for any date. Ability to set prices for breakfast, lunch, and snack. The price is updated from the specified date to the end of the table, saving time on manual editing.
Account management Adding children to the system with one click. Creating a login and password for parents or staff. Automatic creation of rows in the "Orders" table for new children.
Financial transparency Calculation of food expenses for each child. Keeping a history of payments (amount + date). Automatic balance: how much has been paid, how much has been spent, how much is left. Report for any period for parents or administration.
Daily and annual reports Daily report: how many children ordered each meal. Annual report per child: expenses, balance.
Security and access control Different levels of access: parents, administrator. Administrator access through login and password. Inability to place an order after the deadline (time control).
Full automation All data is stored in Google Sheets, without manual input. All calculations (expenses, balance, order counting) are automatic. Minimum human errors and time savings for staff.
Accessibility and mobility The system works from any computer or tablet. No servers or complex programs are needed — everything is in the browser through Google Sheets and the web interface.
