Hello to you. I suggest to run on CMS WordPress. The engine is familiar, at any time you can expand the functionality by installing additional plugins, if you need to do something to convert to the code, the programmes find it easier and their work will be cheaper.
And also, on the self-writing engine it is difficult to verify the quality of the work done, the code can be written differently( if the poor quality of the code will be difficult with subsequent improvements).
I know Laravel myself, and I can write a self-writing engine, but this is a tool that is better to use for big projects where their stable programmes will be.
