I need to set up effective targeted advertising on Instagram and Facebook to recruit a High Heels dance group in Kyiv. My goal is to attract girls who want to start dancing from scratch or have minimal experience. I am also looking for a specialist who can help with creating advertising creatives (posters, stories, banners) if needed. I am looking for a professional who will analyze my situation, identify the target audience, and set up advertising that will bring in real applications. A successful outcome will be recruiting a full group for classes and receiving quality applications from my target audience.

About the Project I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam. Our primary audience is Russian-speaking people living abroad, mainly in the UK, Canada, Australia and other English-speaking countries. Monthly advertising budget: approximately €2,000, with the possibility of increasing it if the campaigns perform well.What we're looking for We're not looking for someone who simply launches Facebook ads. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch. You will be responsible for: Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch. Choosing the most effective funnel (Instagram growth, lead generation, landing page traffic, webinar registrations, etc.). Planning the advertising roadmap for the next 2–3 months. Building and managing the Meta Ads account structure. Launching, testing and optimizing campaigns. Testing audiences, offers, creatives and messaging. Monitoring performance and making optimization decisions. Providing regular reports and recommendations for scaling. Our audience consists of people who shoot a lot of videos while engaging in activities such as skiing, snowboarding, surfing, MTB, motorcycling, skydiving, diving, etc. Important: we only work with foreign English-speaking audiences - USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavian countries. Ukrainian and Russian-speaking groups are not suitable for us. What needs to be done: find large active English-speaking thematic groups on Facebook (action sports, specific sports, communities of GoPro/DJI/Insta360 owners) with audiences specifically from the mentioned countries; make posts/messages about our service in English in a way that looks organic and avoids bans (native posts, relevant responses, if necessary - agreement with group admins for paid placements).
