В первую очередь хочу отметить то, что имею 3 проекта выполненных мною на Иврите!, т.е. я имею чёткое представление о том, как необходимо верстать справа налево:) - ссылки предоставлю в переписке.
Выставил стоимость и сроки ориентировочные.
Необходимо уточнить по ТЗ, что бы чётко понимать требования к WP!
По стеку вёрстки делаю в основном на html/scss/js(jQuery)/gulp.

Это вам не верстальщик требуется а программист, wordpress это php а это как известно язык программирования. Так что не вводите людей в заблуждение. Вам нужен программист..
