Layout of the product catalog

It is necessary to prepare a product catalog.
The A4 (vertical) catalog will consist of a cover page (1 page), company information (1 page), table of contents (1 page), and then the products themselves - 15 devices. According to my calculations, this will be approximately 9 pages of devices (in some cases - several devices on one page). For your understanding - the devices are from the category of "smart home devices".

I do not have a clear idea of how it should look yet. I want everything to look modern, be easy to read and perceive, and not to be overloaded with either images or text. A random sample from the internet - I like the design.

During the design process, one needs to put themselves in the user's shoes and think about what they would like to see, etc.

I see the process as follows:
(1) first, we will agree on the overall concept (architecture) - what and where will be placed, etc. (2) Next - execution. (3) The project will likely take some time, as a lot of input data will need to be gathered (texts, images, etc.).

Initially, we will try to create one catalog, and if the result is successful - we will create another one for a different group of products.
Communication with the performer will take place in one of the messengers, as two people from my side will be involved in the process.

The result - a ready catalog in PDF format and the original, so we can make minor changes if necessary (for example, correct a typo, hyperlink, etc.).
Perhaps a team with experience, not necessarily one performer. The result must be collaborative. Work under NDA, meaning the result cannot appear later in the performer's portfolio. The performer must be from Ukraine.

In your bid, indicate why exactly you, when you can start working, how much time it might take assuming all data is ready.
Bids are hidden, so no one from the performers will see either the bid or each other's text, it will only be available to me.
