Layout:
1. The layout should be done using TailwindCSS, without using custom CSS styles. Inline styles for components should also be excluded - only TailwindCSS classes.
Additionally:
1. Exclude the layout of the Header on all pages.
2. For the Desktop version, the section of blocks on the second screen "What can..." should automatically scroll through the blocks + it should scroll them when clicking on the button that is also in the layout.
