При добавлении товаров в "корзину" верхняя кнопка (которая закреплена) должна постоянно показывать общую суму заказа и подсветиться зеленым, когда сума заказа превысит минимум, необходимый для бесплатной доставки.
Кроме того обратите внимание, что перед итогом заказа есть горизонтальная линия, которая также отображает сколько человеку нехватает, до минимальной сумы для бесплатной доставки.
Дальше настройку передачи данных от сайта к CRM - мы настроим сами.
