This is the first time I write a negative comment.I will try to schedule as much as possible and be as objective as possible.The project consisted of building 4 pages + adapts for tablets and phones.The deadline was 3 days with the tail.The budget is 3500 UAH.They agreed that the artist will do one page a day and show, and for 3 days will do two, as 4 small in volume was.On the first day, I didn’t get anything, on the second too, on the 3 day in the morning I came to Skype from the executive message:
“I’m sorry, but I can’t make an adaptation.I’m going to make a four-page line.You’ll pay 2000.”
I was mildly surprised.Everything went well, he featured me for breakfast, and here it was.I was surprised by the freelancer's relationship to the case.He did half the work, but not yet quality, and writes:
“I left the archive to freelance.Payment of 1800-2000I only started 3+4.Sorry that it happened, unpredictable things.”
The most surprising thing, he really believes that what he needed to go to another city, is a serious reason for me to order with delayed deadlines.
Further even worse. I asked to upload the archive to some host and give me links. And then I was completely shocked. The layout in at least 60% of cases did not match the layout in psd. And as it turned out, the freelancer generally typeset everything on the bootstrap, although I wrote to him that you don’t need to typeset on the bootstrap, but simply on html, by the way, he just somehow bypassed my comments on this matter and did not give me such a clear answer why he typeset on bootstrap.
But this is still half the trouble, when I tell him that the layout does not match the layout, he tells me that this is supposedly a bootstrap and here it’s not possible to make a fixed layout like on the layout. Well, why do I need a layout if it does not match the layout ??? I asked. But he just said something incoherent. Zero specifics.
From the very beginning, the freelancer thought to just get half the money and go into hiding. Here is what he writes to arbitration:
“I can’t close the project to the end, I just need to finalize the edits on the site. After closing the project, I make a refund to the customer in the amount of 1300 UAH. I will give a screenshot of the payment after the project is closed.If not, I’ll ask you for a bath.”

When he realizes that no one will give him the money, he says:
“I decided to make a project tonight.Tomorrow all the routes will be ready.”
But when we began to rule, it was a miracle at all.It seemed to me that he just looked in the direction, scratched it out as if he would do everything, and he did not do the direction itself.We even called on Skype and I showed him my screen, and ticked the finger that here is not so here is not so.However, the routes went very difficult.Then I began to realize that the freelancer was not as experienced in the roof as it seemed at first.As a result, the project was extended for 3 days, for which I already carry the expenses.As a result, I have a slope on my hands, 4 pages on which the sea is straight, and completely unprepared adapts to the tablet and the phone.Yesterday we had a half-hour check-in on Skype, and the most sad that he really believes I have to pay him the money.For what he did not according to the TZ, without accurate conformity with the model, and not yet the whole volume of work, since the adaptative was not done at all.From the plus of freelancer I can distinguish:
- Well what he exactly understands in the edge, although not a professional in this case, and give him the edge that it is more than the landing I didn't recommend, and that if you need that the edge was not 100% similar to what in psd
He really tried what to do in this situation, although I don’t know if it was his conscience, or if this arbitration was influenced when he said that
“According to the offer you must perform the work in full within the agreed time.If you don’t plan to finish the job, please tell me.”
Because after that he began to do what it was in the settlement regime.
