The code is readable and maintainable, without fragile or excessive solutions. Structure, styles, and logic are separated, and only those technologies that are truly necessary for the project tasks are applied.

I can implement the website in several technical formats. In this specific case, it does not affect the cost, but I must describe the differences in approaches.

WordPress is a classic CMS, originally aimed at the development and expansion of the website. Content is generated on the server and is immediately available to search engines, with flexible management of meta-data and page structure. When further expanding the project, WordPress or similar CMS are the preferred option, as the plugin ecosystem is already tailored for SEO, forms, multilingualism, analytics, and additional functionality. However, careful configuration and regular updates are required to avoid issues with speed and security. The need for regular updates is almost entirely covered by auto-updates.

A static site with a builder is published as ready-made HTML (serverless solution). This is the fastest, safest, and most predictable option. Its main disadvantage is the lack of an admin panel out of the box and the need for building when changing content. However, an admin panel can be added (there are ready-made solutions), but this complicates maintenance. This format is well-suited for business card websites, landing pages, and projects without active growth in functionality (purely occasionally uploading new posts).

Solutions based on React are essentially web applications. Content in them is generated in the browser after loading JavaScript. SEO is less predictable. For proper promotion, server-side rendering or pre-rendering is sometimes required, which complicates the infrastructure. This option makes sense if complex interactive logic and application-level functionality are required.

If the platform is not critical, I usually recommend starting with a static site, but when planned expansion and active content management are expected, it is more reasonable to consider WordPress or a similar CMS right away.
