1) все картинкив свг? даже фон?
2) попап это в вашем понимании что модальное окно или все таки вот это https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/popovers/ тогда зачем там крестик?
3) фраза меню по гамбургеру открывается слева выше строго по бутсрап 4 https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/navbar/ так тут я что-то не наблюдаю открытие с лева или все-таки использовать можно сторонний код для вывода того же меню или попапов?
4) всего одна страница и два попапа а где точки/кнопки/элементы вывода самих попапов?
5) кроссбраузерность снова без сторонних библиотек не будет работать - так можно какой-то респонд использовать или нет?
