If you don't have a working animation file from the example where you just need to replace the material, then your task is too complex. It can be done, of course, but it will be very expensive. I modeled realistic faces, but it's a whole long process. There is an option to make the model simpler based on a photo, but the quality will be worse. And animation - this further complicates the realism of the result.
