Good day) We are looking for a Reels editor. There is a girl photographer (wedding + creative photo sessions) and we need to create reels from the footage of the photo sessions, video + photos that we will provide. On a regular basis, we will order 3-4 videos per month, each video 30-60 seconds long. We are aiming for a price of 500-800 UAH per video. Creative Designer (Traffic Arbitration) We are looking for a designer who can create attention-grabbing advertising creatives that deliver results. What needs to be done: Create static advertising banners for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Adapt creatives for different formats and placements. Work with existing concepts and propose your own ideas. Quickly make adjustments and launch new creative options. Collaborate with media buyers and the team.

Need to create about 55 Reels. Project tasks independent search for ideas from stock materials; editing Reels with subtitles, music, and light animation; creating videos in a modern dynamic style. Important duration of one Reel — up to 25 seconds; editing of light complexity; the performer independently selects stock materials.

Technical Task A ready-to-publish video book needs to be created for YouTube based on the provided text. The performer must voice the text, perform professional sound processing, edit the video sequence, and provide the final file.What Needs to Be Done1. Voiceover Voice the text with a natural, emotional voice. Clear diction. Intonation should match the genre of the work (horror, mysticism, adventure, etc.). No background noise, clicks, or volume fluctuations.2. Audio Processing Noise cleaning. Volume leveling. Light compression and equalization. Add background music and sound effects where appropriate (music should not overpower the voice).3. Video Editing Create a video sequence from thematic illustrations, animations, or video clips. Smooth transitions between scenes. If necessary — light zoom or camera movement effects. Maintain the atmosphere of the work.4. The footage is real, wildlife-driven, and adventure-focused. We're not going for a polished, over-cinematic look — we want something that feels genuine and grounded. We're looking for an editor with **specific experience in travel, adventure, or wildlife/documentary content** — not gaming, not talking-head/tutorial content, not corporate. If your portfolio has cut expedition footage, nature documentaries, or travel vlogs with a real (not overproduced) feel, we want to see it. Separately from the above, we may commission a small **paid test edit (~$100–150)** from existing footage once we've reviewed applications — this is to assess fit before committing to the ongoing arrangement, and its timing depends on who applies rather than a fixed date. **Software:** Ideally DaVinci Resolve, but we can work around Premiere Pro (or other) if necessary. **Turnaround:** Footage is delivered remotely (Dropbox or similar) while we're on expedition overseas, so there's no same-day back-and-forth expected. We'll agree to a realistic delivery window per video up front — generous, not a rush job — so you're not scrambling, but it's still a real deadline we'll hold to. **Budget:** Fixed price, USD$250 for this trial video, paid on delivery of final cut after revisions.
