2. Tasks and Requirements for Actors
- Carefully study the provided script.
- Record a 3–5 minute video sharing an experience with psychotherapy.
- Convey a sense of inspiration, relief, and improvement after therapy.
- Allow for slight improvisation, but the main script must be followed.
- Record the video using a webcam, phone, or a simple video camera (quality should be sufficient for website use).

- The script will be provided in advance.
