Видео с веб-камеры - в браузере на всех устройствах (h264/mp4)
Доброго дня!
На сайте выводится изображение с веб-камеры. Необходимо, чтобы поток с веб-камеры выводился на всех кодеках, в том числе h264, чтобы видео выводилось в браузерах на устройствах Android, iOS и, естественно, Windows. Нужно реализовать выведение видео в контейнере mp4 с кодеком h264.
