Project: AI Video with Sculpture Animation

1. General Task

Create a video lasting 6 minutes and 44 seconds, in which
four baroque sculptures (2 male, 2 female)
perform a choreographic composition against a specified background to specified music.

The video must be fully ready for presentation (computer screen).

2. Source Materials (provided by the client)

The performer receives:

• 1. Photos of sculptures
  • 1. 4 sculptures
  • 2. 4 angles for each
• 2. Video with choreography
  • 1. used as a reference for movements
• 3. Background
  • 1. image or video
• 4. Audio
  • 1. final music for the video
• 5. Format
  • 1. horizontal (16:9)

3. Main Requirements for the Result

3.1 Animation of Sculptures

• · Sculptures must be “brought to life,” but:
  • o maintain material (marble/stone)
  • o not look like living people
• · Light stylization is allowed, but without losing “sculpturality”

3.2 Choreography

• · Movements must closely match the reference video
• · Adaptation is allowed for:
  • o AI limitations
  • o the physics of sculptures

3.3 Interaction of Characters

• · All 4 sculptures are present in the frame
• · There should be no:
  • o overlaps
  • o “breaking apart” of forms
  • o artifacts

3.4 Scene and Composition

• · Sculptures are organically integrated into the background
• · Correct:
  • o scale
  • o perspective
  • o lighting

4. Technical Parameters

• · Format: 16:9 (horizontal)
• · Resolution: at least Full HD (1920×1080)
• · File format: MP4 (H.264)
• · Duration: 6:44

5. Technologies (at the discretion of the performer)

Use of the following is allowed:

The main thing is the quality of the result, not the tool.

6. Quality Criteria (MANDATORY)

The video will NOT be accepted if there are:

• · “breaking” bodies / distortions
• · strong AI artifacts
• · jerky animation
• · style differences between scenes

7. Work Stages (recommended)

• 1. Test fragment (5–10 sec)
• o 1–2 sculptures
• o style and quality check
• 2. Rough version (preview)
• o the entire video, simplified
• 3. Final version

8. Deadlines

• · Deadline: April 13, 2026
• · Preferably:
  • o test: within 1–2 days
  • o draft: by 70% of the deadline

9. Communication
