Painting a banner in the vector format

We need to create creatives for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. We launched an ad campaign on social media, and the statistics showed that the weak creatives, made by ourselves, turned out to be informational rather than sales-oriented. We need to analyze our creatives and create 2 static and 2 video ads in different sizes. The creatives should be engaging; there will be no technical specifications because we don't know how it should be. There are examples that do not work, and there is a landing page with information. Copywriting and proposal formation (based on the website) You need to study the "Promotions" section and the main page of our website and prepare textual content for 5 banners.
