After clicking the action button, a standard form should be displayed: name and phone (Level 1).
After filling in this data, the user should be redirected to the next level of the form, and a conversion should be sent to Google Analytics and Facebook CAPI (the conversion should be counted after filling in the first level):
Level 2:
Header "Select a date and time slot for measurements."
At this level, there should be a calendar where you need to click on a day and choose a time slot.
Level 3:
Header "Specify the address for measurements"
There should be fields "Address", "City", "Zip Code".
After completing Level 3, the client should see a thank you window for the application.
If the client drops out at any of the levels, the already filled levels should still be sent to the manager's email for follow-up calls.
