The site runs on OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2 (trs-2.3.0.0)
we installed a module for synchronizing the site and the crm system.
everything works except for two things.
1. it does not send to the crm system buy in 1 click.
2. when a user places an order:
- and chooses the payment method lik pay.
- then when we choose to place the order, it redirects us to lik pay.
- there we click cancel payment.
- it returns us to the site, and there we see the order formed.
Attention and in the CRM it is not there. = it should go to the crm.
if we choose just payment upon receipt, everything correctly goes to the crm.
everything on the site should work:
1. placing an order through the cart with any payment method, we have 2.
-currently only one self-pickup works.
2. placing an order buy in 1 click.
Delivery of work:
1. we will check if all orders from the cart and buy in 1 click come through.
